We are pleased to provide accommodation for the entire weekend at Wilderness Reserve.

Check-in will be from 4 PM on Friday 25th July, and check-out is by 11 AM on Monday 28th July.

Travel Arrangements:
We would like to clarify that there is no need to book your travel in advance to confirm your attendance. Transfers from London or local airports to Wilderness Reserve will be arranged for Friday 25th July, with return transfers on Monday morning.

• Stansted Airport – Approx 2 hours drive

  Please remember to book your flights and ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of the wedding.

  Please remember that a valid passport is required for travel to England, and beginning in April, an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) will also be necessary.   TRANSFERS

To make things easier, we’re providing transfers from all the main airports, London, and the local train station, Darsham. If you need to leave on the Sunday please let us know and we will help organise your transfer back. 

Please note that if the departure times below don’t work for you, email us with your flight or train arrival time, and we’ll try to arrange a better transfer option. Please fill out the Travel RSVP form so we can collate your details and organise your transfers.

Stansted Airport – Departs 2:00 PM, Transfer Time: 1 hr 30 mins – 2 hr 10 mins

Gatwick Airport – Departs 1:00 PM, Transfer Time: 2 hr 20 mins – 3 hrs

Darsham Train Station – Departs 4:00 PM, Transfer Time: 10–15 mins
